YLS Fitness Class – Designed to offer a variety of exercises to increase the heart rate incorporating rhythmic movement, hand weights and resistance bands.
Tuesday & Thursday 1:00 PM – 2:10 PM

Yoga Flex – Designed to implement styles of Yoga with flexibility exercises. This class will incorporate a coordination of stretching dynamic movements with a flow of Yoga poses to lengthen and strengthen the muscles.
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 PM – 7:10 PM

Yoga Strength & Core – Designed to incorporate the strength poses of Yoga focusing on the core muscles implementing deep breathing to help sustain proper alignment and help execute pose.
Friday 1:00 PM – 2:10 PM
